Building a Lasting Connection: Tips for Cultivating a Stronger and Healthier Relationship with Your Partner

Intro: Let me just start off by saying I am not a love doctor, this is not going to fix all the problems in a relationship. But rest assured you will grow stronger, Healthier, and happier together. This workout program we have put together does not take long, its not hard, it’s just a simple way to get stronger and healthier with the one you love! There are 3 rules to read before starting this program.


Rule 1: RELAX .Take a couple deep breaths block out the world around you. We relies that working out may be awkward for some people. Who cares? You are with the person you love so CHILL.


Rule 2: STRECH!! Dont over look this step! Please before you do any workout take a couple minutes and stretch. ( follow this link for some basic stretches to do together xxxxx) stretching is extremely important especially if you have a sedentary job, or are new to exercising.


Rule 3: HAVE FUN! Look, let’s face facts you go to work every day and have to deal with the stresses that come along with the job. Your partner has to do the same, they are stressed out just as much as you are. This is your time together to relieve some of that stress and just enjoy life together.


Ok now let’s get into the meat of it!

As a gym owner, personal trainer, online trainer, nutritionist, and fitness enthusiast, working out is my passion, but it’s not my life. No, my “life” is a blonde haired, green eyed, bombshell named Cassie, but I have the honor of calling her my wife! Together we have a son named Maverick, my wife and I agreed we would set ourselves as the best example possible for our son. That starts with our Health. Cassie and I train together at least once a week rather it be in the gym strength training or at home with a program like this. The time we spend exercising together is one of the best parts of our week. The time we spend training always brings us closer as we struggle together, challenge each other, and push each other to become the best we can be.

Okay the moment you have all been waiting for the workout program. Like i said before this program is simple and fun so please have fun with it! You will preform 4 sets of each exercise. At the bottom of the page you will find video links to each move if help is needed.


Pro tip: If your at home set up a camera and record your work outI promise the laughs you will share together are worth it!
